Tank Rental
We will set a tank at your location with 1 regulator. If your system requires at two regulator system, we will supply the regulator at the tank, you must purchase the regulator at the house. All line installation will be at the owner’s expense. We will do the initial pressure test on all new customers at no charge. Only Country Hills Energy can service our rental tanks.
Delivery Limits
We have a 250 gallon minimum delivery (or fill if your tank is 300 gallon or smaller). If you must have propane and cannot meet the minimum there will be a delivery charge added to your ticket. The delivery charge can be avoided if we can deliver at our convenience.
Route Customer vs Call In
Customers will have the option of being a route customer or a call in customer. Route customers will be filled when our driver is in the area servicing those accounts. It will be our responsibility to keep propane in your tank. You must have an account in good standing (or a deposit of $800.00 if you don’t have an account) to be a route customer. Call in customers are customers who call when they want propane delivered to their tank. Keep in mind our delivery limit does apply to call in customers and it is their responsibility to keep their tank full. Call in customers should call at least 24 hours in advance to order propane.
Out Of Gas Calls
If your tank runs out of propane we are required to do a leak check on your system before we can refill your tank. If you are a call in customer the charge for this test will be $50.00. For us to run a leak check we will require that someone be at the house so we have access to shutoffs and are able to relight pilot lights. If an out of gas call requires us to deliver before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm on weekdays or anytime Saturday or Sunday, there will be a service charge of $50.00 as well as the $50.00 leak check charge. Again, if you are a route customer there will not be a service charge for after hours service related to out of gas situations.

Country Hills now has storage units available in Junction City. We have a total of 73 units in our facility in sizes from 10 X 10 all the way up to 12 X 40. The units are fenced and well lighted and provide 24 hour access for our customers. Our security system provides around the clock video monitoring for your protection. Discounts are available for military, active and retired, as well as long term rental, either pre paid or EFT.
