This area consists of Dickinson, Saline, Geary, Morris, Marion, McPherson, Ottawa, Clay, Ellsworth, Rice, Pottawatomie, Wabaunsee, Riley, Lyon and Cloud counties.

CONTRACT SEASON IS HERE
Our contract season will begin June 16th and run through July 31st. If you have not received contract information from us please call and let us know so we can send it to you.
Propane prices are the highest they have ever been right now and you need to know that we don’t like it any better than you do but there doesn’t seem to be much that we can do about it. Our cost to deliver propane to your tank is climbing as well. Diesel for our trucks is high and we pay a surcharge to our transportation people who deliver to us. Many propane companies are charging a similar surcharge or delivery charge with each delivery they make to their customers. We hope that that doesn’t become necessary here at Country Hills.
In order to keep our propane prices down we need to operate our trucks and utilize our manpower in the most efficient way we can. Our delivery routes are the most efficient way for us to deliver propane to our customers. “Will call” customers are the least efficient way to deliver propane because we usually have to stop what we’re doing and deliver to a customer in an area we may have covered only a few weeks before. This adds a lot of miles and time to our scheduled deliveries. Add to that the problems involved with “out of gas” calls because someone forgot to check their tank and we are even further behind in our delivery schedule which is pretty tight anyway in really cold weather.
With all that in mind we will be offering a summer fill discount of 10 cents per gallon for all of our route customers who contract with us this year. If you are a will call customer you will not qualify for the discount. These gallons will not count against your contract gallons and must be paid within 12 days of delivery. This will let you start the heating season with a full tank and probably not have your first route delivery until October.
We have had a lot of interest in our “Budget Pay” program this year and we anticipate a lot of people using it to spread their heating costs out over the entire year rather than the 5 or 6 month heating season. There is no extra cost for this program and it starts in May so if you’re interested please call or stop by and we’ll discuss it with you.

STORAGE UNITS NOW AVAILABLE
Country Hills now has storage units available in Junction City. We have a total of 73 units in our facility in sizes from 10 X 10 all the way up to 12 X 40. The units are fenced and well lighted and provide 24 hour access for our customers. Our security system provides around the clock video monitoring for your protection. Discounts are available for military, active and retired, as well as long term rental, either pre paid or EFT.
