   The business goal of Country Hills Energy Service, L.L.C. is to provide propane and quality customer service to our customers in the Central Kansas area.

   This area consists of Dickinson, Saline, Geary, Morris, Marion, McPherson, Ottawa, Clay, Ellsworth, Rice, Pottawatomie, Wabaunsee, Riley, Lyon and Cloud counties.

2009-2010 CONTRACTS ARE OUT

            New contracts for the upcoming heating season are out. We have seen a significant drop in propane prices and I would encourage you to seriously consider locking in your needs for the winter.

            Prices were high last year, making it difficult to budget heating expenses. This year, we’ve seen prices drop 88 cents per gallon which should provide some relief. No one knows what oil prices will do in the future so you may want to take this opportunity to contract your propane for this heating season. Yes, there is risk involved in doing that but you can price protect your contract for an additional 9 cents which will do away with that risk.

            Whatever you decide to do, please be sure to read and understand your contract before you sign it. We will be glad to go over it with you if you have questions. You do not have to take a contract if you don’t want to. This is simply a contract offer. If you did not receive a contract in the mail and would like to have one, please call and we’ll be glad to send one to you or just stop by and fill one out when it’s convenient for you.

CASH DISCOUNT

                        If you are a route customer and do not have a contract, you qualify for a 10 cent per gallon cash discount if you pay within 12 days of delivery. If you qualify for the discount it should be printed on your ticket. Keep in mind this only applies to non-contract sales. If you contracted with us the discount does not apply.

You must be a route customer, will call customers do not qualify. This might be a good time to consider becoming a route customer so you qualify for this discount and can cut your winter heating bills.
